Do you remember the wind on Valentine weekend? Just look at the third picture taken from atop the hill at Charlotte's parent's home. BRRRRR. And we even took most of the pictures outside that day. Crazy I know. But totally worth it. Look at those gorgeous pictures of Char & Adam in the bush. Wow. The light. I told you, totally worth it. And the rest of the day, as harried as some of the moments were, turned out fantastic with a rockin' party at the end of the night. Totally love the shots of MOTB rockin out to some ACDC. Love you guys. Congratulations!
And one last note...great meal & fantastic service at Peterborough Golf & CC. My first time there and can't say enough good stuff about the food & the staff. And thanks to Tom McIlmoyle - Out With a Bang DJ services for the great party!
This shoot was sooooo much fun! We headed north to Charlotte's family cottage where we were greeted by the her parents, her best friend and the dogs - all of whom wanted to watch the shoot! We stayed around the cottage for a while, then off down cottage roads where we were eaten alive and nearly carried away by the mosquitoes! But it was all worth it! We finished up back at the cottage, with a chilly jump in the lake, a roll in the sand (oohhh hot!) and watching the sunset! Charlotte's parents were so welcoming and so much fun - I really can't wait for their wedding next February!
A little behind the scenes...my husband came along to help out & be my second shooter and he captured me doing what I do to get your shot!
Yes, I will go whereever to get the shot! By the time we were finished for the night, I was sitting the water!
I loved that Adam & Charlotte were willing to do anything!

I have a mop of curly blonde hair, which blows in my face & makes me that much cuter, so my husband says. I have one son, who is now taller than his mother! Yikes. I often shoot perched on a stool for all you tall people!
I fly by the seat of my pants when I take your pictures.
Wanna come fly with me?
